Pricing
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These duties vary from country to country and are charged depending on the marked "value" of the pieces inside the package.
Willow & Blush Co. is not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.
Not all packages are subject to the duty/custom fee, so we recommend contacting your local customs for information if you have additional questions.
Returns
Due to personalization and customization, we are unable to accept returns or process an exchange on custom or personalized items. In the rare occurrence, we will exchange any item that may be damaged. If this occurs, please contact us for further assistance. Once an order has been placed we can not cancel the order and can not refund the shipping for a return if there is such charge on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping
We get so excited with each new order and start to work on creating your new pieces right away! All our custom pieces are made to order by jewelry artisans and they do take time. We know what it is like to be waiting on a package you are so excited for, so we strive to get it to you quickly and safely. Production time is subject to change with high order volume. Our current production time is listed on our product listings as well as our Checkout page. (Production time is in addition to shipping time.)
Your pieces are handmade with care; they also take time to produce. Production time is exclusive of shipping time. You can expect to receive your order within 4 - 13 business days of placing your order. US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default. Please refer to the checkout page for more details.
You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.
Here at Willow & Blush Co. we create and carry products from different locations and warehouses. If you've ordered multiple items, it's likely your items will have separate tracking numbers and will arrive within a few days of each other. Please be sure to check the status of each delivery for more information.
Your order has a standard production time to make your piece(s). Please refer to your Order Confirmation email for estimated production time. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notification including an updated tracking number. (Production time is in addition to shipping time.)
Yes! Simply enter your PO Box, APO or FPO address in the shipping line when placing the order.
To expedite our shipping process, if you order more than 1 item, each item may receive a separate tracking number. Your items will arrive within a few days of each other. Please check the status of each delivery for more information.
